You don’t have to settle for feeling ‘just okay’.
At Plantonics, healing is not a surface-level fix—it’s a layered, considered, and empowering process.
My name is Emma, and I’m here to walk that path with you.
I have always had a passion for health and wellness which led to my studies in Naturopathy, turning my passion into a career.
Hi, I’m Emma Wilson, Naturopath and founder of Plantonics.
My passion for health and wellness led me to formal study in Naturopathy, Nutritional Medicine, and Herbal Medicine. But it’s my personal health journey that reshaped how I practice today.
I approach each person with empathy, deep listening, and clinical intelligence. I’m here to help you understand what’s really going on in your body—not just patch symptoms or hand out generic plans. My goal is always to uncover the root cause and create a personalised, realistic roadmap toward long-term wellbeing.
If you feel like you’ve been dismissed, rushed, or misunderstood in the past—you’ll find a different kind of care here. I know that no two people are alike. Your story, your biology, your needs—these are the foundation of your treatment plan.
Let’s begin by listening well.
My Health Story
Less than two weeks after having my second baby, I had a seizure at home. The diagnosis was unexpected and life-altering: a brain tumour. I was thrown into a world of surgery, chemotherapy, radiation, and medication—while breastfeeding a newborn.
As a naturopath and mother, I had always prioritised holistic living. Now I was navigating intense medical treatment, exhaustion, emotional upheaval, and a body that no longer felt familiar. I experienced fatigue, brain fog, hormonal chaos, sleep disruption, digestive issues, weight changes, and overwhelming stress.
If you are moving through any of these experiences, I see you.
Throughout that time, I leaned on everything I knew from my naturopathic training. Not to replace conventional care, but to walk alongside it. Herbal medicine, targeted nutrition, nervous system support—these tools helped me cope, heal, and regain a sense of self.
That journey sparked a deep and ongoing interest in brain health, nervous system regulation, and the emotional impact of chronic illness and recovery. Today, I continue to pursue advanced education in these areas, bringing that insight into every consult.
The Plantonics Story
Plantonics began as an idea during my recovery. I wanted to create a space where others could experience the kind of integrative, respectful, and empowering care I knew was possible.
The name reflects that intention:
Plant speaks to life, growth, and nature’s ability to nourish and restore.
Tonic represents strength, renewal, and targeted healing.
Together, Plantonics symbolises a practice that supports real transformation through personalised care—rooted in nature, backed by science.
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. I believe in helping you feel steady, clear, and connected to your body again. Whether you're dealing with stress, digestive issues, hormonal shifts, or post-illness fatigue, I want to help you move beyond "coping" into real vitality.
